At T&R Welding Systems, we specialize in providing welding solutions for many industries including robotics, locomotive and appliance. Because our low employee turnover, we possess a level of experience that is much higher than other shops, particularly when it comes to fabrication welding. Our welders are dedicated to the welding trade and provide valuable expertise in welding using both MIG (GMAW) and flux core arc (FCAW) welding processes.
As part of our fabrication services, we specialize in larger parts up to 20’ in length, widths to 12’, up to 14’ height, and parts weighing up to 10 tons. Our facility is home to one of the largest boring mills in addition to several horizontal machining centers having up to 5-axis capabilities for use on a selection of materials that includes mild steel, iconel and non-ferrous (4140). Few shops can match this material versatility. As an experienced shop, we carefully inspect our weldments using a Faro measuring system along with first piece and final inspection ensuring high-integrity welds, and weldments that fall within the ±.001” tolerance. For more information on our fabrication welding, or to discuss a specific project, contact us directly.
