Fabrication of Custom Overhead Crane Rails
At T&R Welding Systems, we have a well-earned reputation for fabricating high quality, structurally superior custom rails used in overhead crane installations. This project represents a product we manufacture here on an everyday basis. We operate advanced systems and equipment that give us the versatility for high throughput fabrication of many product variants.
Designed for use in the lifting cells of portable and permanent overhead cranes, we fabricate these rails in a variety of profiles and in lengths from 8’ to 40’. Constructed from mild A36 structural steel, we developed an automated track welding system to ensure consistent high quality welds under a high volume manufacturing scenario. We have the capacity to fill custom orders within a maximum 2-week timeframe, and each rail undergoes careful examination and operational testing to ensure it meets all quality and lifting capacity requirements.
